Hard Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
- sugar
- lemon juice
- sparkling water
- vodka
Directions
Boil one cup of still water and pour it into a quart (1/2 l) measuring jug.
Add the sugar.
Stir until melted.
Add the rest of the still water.
Add the lemon juice.
Add the sparkling water.
Finally, add the vodka and stir.
Serve over ice, and garnish with lemon.

Ingredients
- ¾ c (177 ml) lemon juice
- ⅓ c (75 g) sugar
- 2 cups (475 ml) water
- 2 cups (475 ml) unflavored sparkling water
- ¾ cup (177 ml) Ketel One Citroen Vodka
Instructions
- Boil one cup of still water and pour it into a quart (1/2 l) measuring jug.
- Add the sugar and stir until melted.
- Add the other cup of water, then our into a serving jug.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Add the sparkling water.
- Finally, add the vodka and stir.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
Adjust the sugar, water and vodka ration to your own liking. You can also skip the sparkling water and just use still water.
