Here are some of my favorite finger food and mini treats which are perfect for cocktail parties and New Year’s Eve gatherings. Most are very simple to make, but they just may upstage the cocktails and Champagne like the first recipe using Perlage di Tartufo (instead of caviar!) Truffle lovers will be delighted!

Best wishes for a healthy, happy, prosperous and delicious 2013!! 2018!!

  1. We had an all hors d’œuvres day yesterday – it was lots of fun! I made a different appetizer every hour starting at 11:00 in the morning and finishing at 6:00 in the evening. Each little bite was lots of fun, and we weren’t terribly stuff by the end of the day! You have so many beautiful options here – I think the first one I will try the bacon-wrapped olives!

    1. What a fun way to spend the last day of the year? Do you always do this? If so, great tradition! The bacon-wrapped olives are to die for! Happy New Year, David! Looking forward to another year of deliciousness on your site!
