There’s really no recipe for this appetizer/snack… just cut open jalapenos, remove the seeds, fill with cream cheese.
Wrap with bacon (no nitrate/nitrite is the only bacon I use).
That’s it! Super quick and simple!
(That’s the magical part!!)
- Cream cheese
- Wash jalapeños then remove stem, slice in half and remove seeds.
- Fill with cream cheese.
- Wrap with slices of bacon, and place on rack on baking sheet;
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
